However, her expertise, advice and treatment options offered at the Centre are available online as well. Thanks to technology, clients can have virtual face-time with her, either with Zoom calls or WhatsApp videos whenever it suits the client.
The Centre specialises in overall family health, weight and fat loss and in reversing insulin resistance and Type 2 Diabetes. As insulin resistance is a nutritional disease, an individual health plan is drawn up for every client after initial consultation, either in person or online.
Diabetics who are already injecting, be it for a short time or most of their lives, can, with Adél’s help, embark on a life style change. She provides your doctor or health partner with a detailed document to include them during the treatment, if a client should wish to do so.
Once, pre-diabetes had already become full blown Type 2 Diabetes, any treatment is not a quick fix, but with Adél’s assistance, one which will bring many breakthrough benefits.
The initial session is highly important as the road ahead is mapped out while taking the client’s eating patterns and lifestyle into consideration. This includes the family situation, work environment and genetics to ensure the treatment is scientifically based and treated.
Should a client wish to use prescribed products, it can be bought from the Centre or online and if not available, can be sourced. Adél’s prescribed products are used in more than 30 countries globally with excellent results. But, there is absolutely no pressure to buy these products. The entire family will benefit from these plans which would ensure a healthier future as they are guided towards beneficial eating habits and overcoming debilitating health issues.
The coaching is based on a unique 3-step system:
1 – Mind-set strategies for a strong and positive mental attitude which includes mind-set mentoring, goal setting and making a Vision Board (Plan).
2 – Food & Supplementation includes guidelines for healthy eating habits, weight loss and reversing insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes.
3 – Movement and me-time is the 3rd step, focusing on the role of exercise and choosing what works for you and the importance of self-care and making time for yourself.
